  • David Kissack has gained a vast experience
    working with numerous reputed organizations
    including LCF, Siemens Energy, Florida, ARS,
    Belcan, Weyant Engineering and more. He is a
    Steam Turbine Industry Specialist, with core
    competencies in ANSYS, AutoCAD, Customer Service
    Regulatory Compliance, Root Cause Analysis, Staff
    Training Development and Equipment Design
    Finite Element Analysis. He holds a Bachelor of
    Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from
    Florida Atlantic University, and is also a member
    of American Society of Mechanical Engineers which
    is generally abbreviated as ASME.

Achievements
  • During his 6-year period at Siemens Energy, David
    Kissack was chosen as the Technical Project Lead
    for two BB44FA projects. He offered excellent
    manufacturing support during a two month
    assignment in Mulheim, Germany. He exceptionally
    handled the analysis, design and implementation
    of new stationary components at Sequoyah Nuclear
    HP Steam Turbine Upgrade project to increase the
    turbine efficiency and Megawatt output. Besides
    this, he has also developed four one-of-a-kind
    guide blade carriers, with support and alignment
    hardware.

Experience
  • In addition to this, he served as Layout Engineer
    at Aluminum Railing Specialists, Pompano Beach
    from April 2007 to January 2008 where he took the
    responsibility for developing layout drawings to
    help shop manufacturing. David Kissack was also a
    Structural Engineer with Lawn Care and Fencing,
    Vero Beach, FL. He also adapted the South Florida
    Building Code to evaluate and layout structural
    elements for various residential fence projects.
    Besides this, David Kissack worked at Siemens
    Energy for six years as Senior Engineer/Advanced
    Engineer.

  • David Kissack is a qualified, hard working
    Structural Mechanical Design Engineer who is an
    expert in Steam Turbine Engine. He has years of
    professional experience extending over numerous
    areas including project management, strategic
    planning, staff training development, element
    analysis, process development and more. Apart
    from this, he has also foster a remarkable
    ability to convert goals into actionable plans
    for both long and short-term needs. He is the
    founder of the Leaders in Structural Mechanical
    Design Engineering situated in Orlando. The
    organization is a professional networking group
    where industry leaders and professionals share
    their success stories with each other.

Aerospace Projects
  • David Kissack took the responsibility of three
    aerospace projects. He worked together with
    colleagues to create design criteria, quality
    standards, cost estimates and testing methods. He
    ensured adherence to projects with standard
    engineering principles as well as customer
    requirements. Apart from this, he was also in
    charge for resolving issues, troubleshooting and
    streamlining the engineering systems and
    processes.
