10First Year Progress Report
- Continua has selected use cases, interfaces, and
standards, for our Version One Guidelines.
Completion of Version One Guidelines is scheduled
for first quarter 2008 (USB, Bluetooth, ISO/IEEE,
HL7) - Continua Test and Certification program will
provide membership with rights to use Continua
certification mark for products that meet the
Version One Guidelines (first quarter 2008) - Reimbursement is a significant barrier to the
personal telehealth industry. Continua is
actively seeking to reduce this barrier and is
working with Abt Associates, a research firm, to
develop a definitive collection of worldwide
remote patient monitoring trial data.
