• According to Reuters ING (NYSEING) may
  disconnect the sale of its 1 billion Hong Kong
  insurance unit from other Asian operations that
  are on the block. The move could render the unit
  more attractive to a buyer focused on that
  region, while allowing ING to accept lower prices
  at auctions of the S. Korean and Japanese
  businesses which have met with only a lukewarm
  response.
