• The terms conditions of sale stated herein are

  Security (IFMS), External Electrification Charges

  appointed by both the parties.  The Place and
  venue of the arbitration shall be in Delhi only
  and the court at Delhi alone shall have the
  jurisdiction to entertain dispute.
