Council to Management for the Texas Region of
Merrill Lynch.Karl received a BBA in Finance

University. He and his wife Glenda have two

member of the Advisory Council to Management for
the Merrill Lynch Life Insurance Group. He has a
BA in Communications from Stephen F. Austin State
University with a second major in
Economics/Finance and a minor in Political
Science.Ken has held leadership roles in the
local chapter of the American Heart Association
as well as the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce. He
and his wife Melisa have two children and are
active members of Pollard United Methodist Church.

financial services experience. Prior to joining
Merrill Lynch in 1997 he worked for Bank of
America in the Commercial Lending Group for
seventeen years. Scott is a Certified Financial

the Certified Financial Planner Board of
Standards Inc. He has also earned the Certified
Investment Management AnalystSM and Chartered
Retirement Planning CounselorSMdesignations.
Although he does not offer tax advice in his
current role Scott has worked previously as a
Certified Public Accountant.Scott earned a BBA
in Finance from Texas AM University. He and his
wife Terry have four children and are active in
the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception the
Tyler Catholic School System and other local
charities.

Management Gary has 20 years of investment and
financial services related experience. Prior to
joining Merrill Lynch in 2000 he provided estate
planning insurance and financial services
through Mass Mutual Financial Group in Tyler. He
has also earned the Certified Financial Manager
designation which is an internal Merrill Lynch
self-study curriculum based on a variety of
wealth management topics and a course
exam.  Gary has a BA in Business from Stephen F.
Austin State University. He serves the community
through involvement with Tyler Junior College
Christian Homes and Family Services as well as
others. Gary and his wife Dorota have two
children and attend Glenwood Church of Christ.

Associate Janis has been with Merrill Lynch for
29 years and is Series 7 and 66 licensed. She
handles account administration client relations
orders and is a Client Associate mentor. She has
been active with the District Advisory Council to
Management and has received the Employee of the
Year award. She actively participates in the
American Cancer Relay for Life. Janis and her
husband Tim live in the Walton Community. They
have four sons and six grandchildren.

handles client relations banking administration
seminar planning and other marketing areas. She
has a BBA in Marketing from Baylor University as
well as an MBA in Business Administration from
the University of Texas at Tyler. LeAnne is a
member of the Baylor University Alumni
Association the Golden Wave Band Alumni
Association and participates with the Girl
Scouts of America. She and her husband Daniel
are members of Green Acres Baptist Church.

Associate Suzanne joined Merrill Lynch in 2010
and has more than 25 years of experience in the
financial services industry. In her role as a
relationship manager Suzanne focuses on offering
proactive client service building client

Suzanne earned her Bachelors degree in Finance
from Southern Methodist University in

children Caroline Lane and Trey.

Misty FrancisClient Associate Misty joined
Merrill Lynch in 2011 with 28 years of experience
working with Bank of America most recently
serving as a Senior Personal Banker Assistant
Vice President. She focuses on providing
administrative support in all phases of client
service including experience in banking
resources. Her commitment to building client
relationships and her proactive approach to
client service are a reflection of The LMT Wealth
Management Groups dedication to clients. Misty
and her husband Eddie reside in Tyler Texas
with their two children Aston and Logan.
