    and people with eating disorders.  
  • Although easily tested for via blood, vitamin
    B-12 deficiency often goes undiagnosed until a
    person begins to exhibit signs of more extreme
    symptoms.

  • The body is not able to store large amounts of
    vitamin B12 because it is water-soluble like all
    B vitamins.
