    1993 by COMCRAFT GROUP -an international business
    group promoted by NRIs Chanderias.
  • The company is engaged manufacturing and
    marketing of Cold Rolled Steel Sheets /
    Strips/Coils and cold rolled Galvanized Plain/
    Corrugated steel sheets /strips/ coils
  • Also in the supply of Hot Rolled Coils with
    pickled conditions( HRPO)

Highlights of Conservation Initiatives( Water,
Steam, Electricity..)
  • At Galvanizing line, reduced Quantity of water
    in CGL from 5000 liters per day in 2011 to 4000
    liters per day in 2012. It is done by recycling
    the water from quenching tank into fountain area.
  • The water consumption at CPL is reduced by 40
    .it is achieved by applying solenoid valves at
    rinse water tank line.
  • By some modification in pipe line at solar tank,
    hot water is made available at night hours.
    Because of which electricity and steam
    consumption is reduced by 20

Incorporating Practices of Prevention of
Pollution Waste Minimization.
  • Treating chromic acid disposal with sodium
    bisulphate to increase Ph value , reduced the
    quantity of lime consumption.
  • Disposal of HCL along with alkali solution to
    nullify the acid effect.
  • Fume exhaust blower is provided at pot area to
    minimize the fumes. It has helped in creating
    cleaner our environment.
