Institution Conceição Hospital Group

• Belongs to the Ministry of Health and is composed
  by 4 Hospitals and a Community Health Service (12
  health units)
• The Community Health Service is responsible for a
  population of 120.000 people
• The Brazilian Ministry of Health finances the
  Multidisciplinary Residence Program since 2004.

  different areas through education in the primary
  health care scenery in order to work as a
  multidisciplinary team according to the National
  Health System principles.
