12MBA Handouts
- We give specific handouts on MBA admission
process, what makes a good MBA candidate, MBA
sites in the internet, etc. - We have study plans (essays) donated by former
advisees that have been admitted into an MBA
program in the US. New advisees are allowed to
consult these essays as a model.
- We have videotaped two presentations of students
accepted into Stanford, Darden, and one
presentation from the funding institute in
Brazil, Fundação Estudar. Advisees can borrow
both presentations to find out the path taken by
these students to get accepted into an MBA
program.
13I introduced to the advisee the software College
Sourcefrom Career Guidance Foundation, and
showed him how to make a search to screen
universities that would fit his profile, and how
to consult the universities catalogs
I also told him how to use GradSearch to perform
a similar search
