Following is a list of the activities required,
taking into considerations the achievement of the
mentioned objectives (but not limited to)
Stage 1 Receiving the award for the Recruitment
Campaign from Al Hosn Gas Award
Stage 2 Kick off meeting to enable us to agree
with Al Hosn Gas about the steps required in
order to implement and facilitate our plan
regarding the recruitment campaign

  • Placing Job Advertisement
  • IDC Manpower Supply would be placing the Job
    description specifications in
  • News Paper full page (colored).
  • Philippine Daily Inquirer
  • The Philippine Star
  • Also, IDCMPS would be placing advertisement in
    specialized websites to attract
  • potential candidates
  • To get the best results, we might need to place
    second advertisement in the
  • News paper (to be discussed and agreed depending
    on the results of the
  • first advertisement).
  • Note
  • This would need 7-10 days to place the
    advertisement from the date of transferring
  • the money however we would try our best to
    reduce the mentioned time frame.

  • Submission of Candidates CVs to Al Hosn Gas
  • IDC Manpower Supply will evaluate the received
    CVs as per the Job descriptions Specification
    in
  • addition to the criteria and filtering
    questions that would be provided and agreed with
    Al Hosn Gas, IDCMPS
  • would be Short-listing candidates accordingly
  • Contact potential candidates.
  • Prepare and edit candidates CVs to be
    submitted to Al Hosn Gas
  • Stage 5
  • Al Hosn Gas to send to IDC Manpower Supply Short
    listed candidates
  • Al Hosn Gas to screen candidates CVs received
    from IDCMPS
  • Al Hosn Gas submitting the short listed
    candidates to IDCMPS

  • Stage 6
  • IDC Manpower Supply to contact selected
    candidates by Al Hosn Gas
  • Agreeing with Al Hosn Gas HR Management about
    the suitable / concrete dates to conduct the
    Campaign,
  • Agreeing with Al Hosn Gas HR Management about
    their preference for the hotel,
  • IDCMPS would contact selected candidates by Al
    Hosn Gas to advise them regarding the interview
    dates / schedule
  • venue (hotel),
  • IDCMPS will arrange for flight bookings, Hotel
    bookings for Al Hosn Gas Panel Team and
    Candidates (if required).
  • Stage 7
  • Recruitment Campaign / Interviews
  • Al Hosn Gas Panel will conduct the Face to Face
    Interviews for the selected candidates as per the
    agreed dates
  • with Al Hosn Gas upper management as per the
    schedule arranged by IDCMPS.
  • Also two or three personnel from our team would
    be assigned and attend the campaign with Al Hosn
    Gas Panel
  • to assist and organize during the days of the
    campaign, also to filter / screen CVs for walk
    in candidates
  • and giving the best support and services to Al
    Hosn during the event.
