Implementation Act and the provincial Canada-Nova
Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord
Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act. It is
responsible for regulation of petroleum affairs
and safe practices offshore Nova Scotia. - The Board's principal responsibilities include
