• Challenge
• DHL Fast Forward caters to customers who ship
  heavyweight parcels of 20kg-100kg. The mailer had
  to address two main problems
• 1) lack of awareness as its name does not spell
  heavyweight
• 2) strong competition from freight forwarders who
  are perceived to be cheaper
• The Idea
• A heavyweight crate is mailed out - sealed and
  very difficult to open. Printed on the tapes
  which sealed it were problems of using freight
  forwarders which cause the shipment to be stuck
  and not delivered on time. Once opened, the
  contrast of using DHL Fast Forward is revealed.
  Heavyweights can fly! Not only that, shipping
  with DHL is cheaper and hassle-free.
• A flat crate was sent to current DHL customers
  and a 3D crate was sent to high value
  prospects.
