Interpretations
  • Issues Facing youth could be reduced by providing
    stress-free youth oriented activities and
    providing materials for ongoing programs.
  • Kids who dont or wont make school sport teams
want other alternatives such as CASA, traveling,
    drop in, and intramurals.
  • Although leadership and mentoring are ranked low,
    theyre found in other activities.
  • Organized and unorganized activities are needed
    by youth.
  • Not knowing whats going on is a major limit on
participation. Providing ways to find out,
    specifically a website would help.
  • Limits on participation for younger students
    include transportation. Having activities within
walking distance or setting up carpools would
    help.
