Heart of Michigan Animal Rescue Continues to Help
Animals in Need.So much has happened over the
past few months. We would love to share our
accomplishments with you since you make it all
possible! It is your commitment of time, money
and donations that assists us in continuing our
goals to protect the animals in our area.. Thank

• Fundraising dinner at Gladwin Eagles
• Petco adoption days 2nd 4th Sundays
• Received donated food from Wysongs
• Received 2000 lbs of donated cat and dog food
  from Owosso and distributed to 44 families in
  Gladwin

Thanks always to the Gladwin County Record for
running great adoption ads and assisting us in
finding so many great homes in our area.

Our second annual Pet Adoption Expo was a great
success.! The excitement of the people who found
pets and the joy we felt when an animal found a
forever home...what a wonderful feeling! There
was much to do and see! We had all kinds of pet
related goodies, a wonderful silent auction
(thanks donors!) a book store, candles, Avon, a
dog sledding team, a donkey and miniature horse
photos, 10 animals were adopted at the Expo and
10 more were adopted after the expo. Please be
sure to join us May 19 and 20, 2007 for the next
Pet Adoption Expo!
We at Heart of Michigan Animal Rescue hope you
will help us make more dreams come true for
homeless animals like those on the previous page
