Subject of a sentence
The subject is the word or group of words that
answers the Question Who? Or What? before the
verb.
  • The truck was hit by the snowball.
  • The deer is climbing the hill.
  • The sky was beautiful at sunset.

Verbs
The verb tells what the subject does, what is
done to the subject, or what the condition of
the subject is.

Adjectives describe a noun or a pronoun.,
