Phone Assistant is a suite of intuitive
PC-based productivity software applications that
converges telephony with screen based presence,
availability, and a variety of collaboration
applications to simplify and enhance real-time
communications for business users. Phone
Assistant applications combine the power of the
Panasonic KX-TDA PBX together with personal
computers - enabling enhanced personal, team, and

    Indication to alert them that they were being
    contacted.
  • When clicked, the Message Waiting Icon opens up
    to reveal extension number of caller. The option
    is given to Call Back or delete the message.

  • From this CD, software can be installed as
    follows
  • PA PRO mode
  • Full Phone Assistant Pro feature requires 1
    license per user
  • Licenses available as 1, 5, 10, or 128 user
    license packs
  • For customer to trial Phone Assistant, they can
    choose either
  • PA PRO Trial mode
  • Full Phone Assistant Pro feature time limit for
    60 days from date of installation
  • Upgrade with License purchase for future use
    -required after 60 days
  • Once a PA PRO license is installed the trial
    mode ends, even if the license is installed
    before the 60 day expires.
  • PA Express mode
