    government-sponsored lodging program, in support
    of the Presidents Management Agenda simplifying
    the lodging process for federal travelers and
    saving the government money
  • FedRooms negotiates hotel rates on behalf of the
    federal government in markets where government
    travelers need to stay
  • FedRooms is the US Government hotel program.

  • The federal government (including the Department
    of Defense) spends more than 2 billion on
    lodging every year.
  • FedRooms leverages overall buying power to
    negotiate the best hotel rates on behalf of the
    federal government.

  • FedRooms is available to all federal government

  • Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) states that
    federal government travelers must first consider

Requirements for participation
  • FEMA certification and compliance mandatory
  • Competitive rate at or below per diem
  • No lower federal government rate
  • 4pm day of arrival or later cancellation policy
  • No deposit required
  • No early departure fee
  • Monthly reporting remittance
  • Comply with terms conditions available on
    fedrooms.com

Program suspensions
