(percentile) score, compared to Intake, was
better, the same, and worse.  The graph includes
only patients who (a) received treatment at
site A, (b) took an Intake between 04/06/01 and
09/24/04, (c) had an Intake PSYCHIATRIC severity
(percentile) score greater than or equal to 25,
and (d) took an Update between 0 and 60 days
after Intake.  (For patients who took more than
one survey in this time period, the graph
includes only the survey that is closest to the
mid-point of the time period.)
