  know the American palate for authentic Asian
  foods has become sophisticated no longer are
  Sweet and Sour Pork and Chow Mein the mainstream
  flavor profiles our guests are seeking.
• Regional flavors of Southeast Asia are well
  integrated into the American culture and readily
  available at neighborhood eateries. We will
  feature regional specialties from all regions of
  Southeast Asia and Japan including
• Daily regional specialties noodles, rice dishes,
  Pho Bars and stir fry.
• Dim Sum concept featuring Asian dumplings, Pot
  Stickers and other appetizers
• Fresh sushi made on site

Italian

• A taste of little Italy featuring regional
  Italian favorites from all of the different
  regions of the peninsula including Naples,
  Sicily, and Tuscany. The center piece of the
  concept will be the simulated wood burning pizza
  oven with chefs working and forming the
  Neapolitan style pizza crust and topping it with
  fresh marinara and toppings.

Latino

• The Latino Program was influenced by the
  emergence in the U.S. of new and popular Latin
  foods that have ventured beyond Mexico to Central
  and South America.
• The American palate has taken a leap past Tex-Mex
  and is coming to appreciate the true Latin
  flavors of Mexico, Nicaragua, Brazil, Peru, Cuba,
  Argentina, and almost every other country south
  of the Rio Grande. Latino cooking, like its
  Italian Latin counterpart, is on its way to
  becoming a familiar and important element of the
  American table. This is the basis for our Latino
  program. In addition to a classic Taqueria we
  will feature daily specials for the above
  mentioned regions of Central and South America.

American Grill

• Lunch at the Grill represents foods primarily
  influenced by American trends. American cuisine
  will abound through the use of fresh fish,
  chicken, pork, and grilled vegetables, adding
  flavors from dry rubs, flavorful marinades, and
  creative salsas. A strong emphasis on using local
  products will be the signature of our grill
  program. Daily featured offerings will include
  specialty grill sandwiches, fresh ground burgers,
  veggie burgers, chicken breast sandwiches, and,
  of course, the perfect side French fries.
• In the evening we will offer breakfast items such
  as omelets, eggs cooked to order, and pancakes,
  in addition to our standard grill offering for
  those looking for breakfast at night.
