The heartbeat shows us that life is full of ups
and downs.
5
Our life would flat-line if the peaks and
valleys stopped.
6
Like a heartbeat, personal peaks and valleys are
a part of work and home.
7
Everyone has times of joy and times of sadness.
But, how do we make it through the rollercoaster
of our day without letting go?

Discover -How to get out of a valley
sooner. -How to stay on a peak longer -How to
have more peaks and
fewer valleys in your future.
10
Peaks and Valleys are not just the good and bad
times that happen to you. They are also how you
feel inside and respond to outside events.
11
How you feel depends on how you view the
situation. The key is to separate what happens
to you from how valuable you are as a person.
12
You can feel good about yourself even if bad
things are happening to you.
13
How can you know when a valley starts and a peak
ends? Peaks and valleys are connected.
14
The errors you make in todays good times create
tomorrows bad
times. And the wise things you do in todays
bad times create tomorrows good times.
15
We create our own good and bad times far more
than we realize.
16
Hebrews 1315Through Yshua, therefore, let us
continually offer to YHWH a sacrifice of
praisethe fruit of lips that confess his name.
17
Peaks are moments when you appreciate what you
have. Valleys are moments when you long for what
is missing.
18
You can not always control external events but
you CAN control what you believe and what you do.
19
To change a valley into a peak you need to change
one of two things What is happening OR how you
feel about what is happening.
20
The path out of the valley appears when you
choose to see things differently.
21
If you don't like something, change it. If you
can't change it, change your attitude.  Dont
complain. Maya Angelou
22
You can change your valley into a peak when you
find and use the good that is hidden in the bad
time.
23
Between peaks there are always valleys. How you
manage your valley determines how soon you reach
your next peak.
24
Peace occurs when you realize that you are not
your good times nor your bad times. You dont
have to constantly go up and down.
25
You dont have to be stressed out or worried.
You can have balance through the good and the bad
times in life.
26
You will have fewer bad times when you appreciate
and manage the good times wisely.
27
  • Do you not know that those who run in a race all
run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a
way that you may obtain it. And everyone who
competes for the prize is temperate in all
things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable
crown, but we for an imperishable crown.
  • 1 Corinthians 924-25

28
Avoid believing things are better than they
really are when you are on a peak.
29
Avoid believing things are worse than they really
are when you are in a valley. Make reality your
friend.
30
The most common reason you leave a peak too soon
is arrogance, masquerading as confidence.
31
The most common reason you stay in a valley too
long is fear, masquerading as comfort.
32
To get out of the valley, ask yourself What
is the truth in this situation?
33
To get out of the valley, ask yourself How
can I show more love?
34
To get out of the valley, ask yourself How
can I use the good that is hidden in this bad
time?
35
Psalm 341-4
  • I will extol YHWH at all times       his praise
will always be on my lips.
  • My soul will boast in YHWH        let the
    afflicted hear and rejoice.
  •   Glorify YHWH with me       let us exalt his
    name together.
  •   I sought YHWH, and he answered me       he
delivered me from all my fears.

36
Create a vision of how you would like your
situation to become and keep this vision in the
forefront of your mind at all times.
37
Imagine yourself being on the peak with
everything better. Believe that you are going to
be there in every small detail.
38
  • I Peter 310-12 "For, Whoever would love life and
see good days must keep his tongue from evil and
his lips from deceitful speech. He must turn from
evil and do good he must seek peace and pursue
it. For the eyes of YHWH are on the righteous and
his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the
face of YHWH is against those who do evil."

39
To be on a peak longer you should be humble and
grateful for everything.
40
To stay on the top Do more of what put you on
the peak in the first place. Keep making things
better. Do more for others.
41
Its never too soon to make good and bad times
work for you. You are in control of your
attitude.
42
The way you look at a situation is as important
as what you do about that issue.
43
As you change your mind about a situation, you
can change the situation.
44
I have a dream that one day every valley shall
be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made
low. The rough places will be made plain and the
crooked places will be made straight.  And the
glory of the Lord will be revealed, And all flesh
shall see it together. Martin Luther King
45
  • Isaiah 403-6
  • The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness,
Prepare ye the way of YHWH, make straight in the
desert a highway for our Elohim. Every
valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and
hill shall be made low and the crooked shall be
made straight, and the rough places plain
And the glory of YHWH shall be revealed, and all
flesh shall see it together for the mouth of
the YHWH hath spoken it. The voice said,
Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh
is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is
as the flower of the field
