Growing up on a Kansas farm exposed Stan to hard
work, John Deere tractors, and country music.
Kansas City garage bands, late nite esoteric
jams, plus some talented friends, helped expand
his musical curiosity, laying a foundation which
served and grew through years of club work in
Chicagobefore coming to San Francisco to form
his own band. Today, the group performs all over
the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Their
soulful mix of blues, RB, rock jazz keeps the
energy high with signature grooves and dynamics.
They enjoy playing live, and their unique style
has lead them to numerous headline appearances as
well as opening gigs for luminaries like Elvin
Bishop. Photo courtesy of Joe Lempkowski

singer/songwriter Stan Erhart exists in that

Erhart has an engaging voice and great guitar
chops... Doug Cornell, HitSession.com Stan has
a great voice for a white guy! Dorothy Hill,
Blues Editor, Jazz Now Stan, Thanks again for
playing at the party yesterday! You guys were
awesome and totally exceeded expectations.
Everyone really enjoyed the music. The volume
level was perfect and the song choices/tempos
were right on. Party would not have been the same
without you guys! Perfect. Please pass this on to
the other guys as well! Need another excuse to
throw a big party and have you guys back. Tom
(Son Party Giver at Parent's 60th BD
Party) You make good music! Yeah! Marcel The
accompaniment is very solid as is the lead guitar
work. With a sound very similar to Clapton, Stan
Erhart definitely has an audience waiting on him.
Thomas James, Gods of Music Hi Stan, I
received your CD last week. It's a very fine and
interesting CD. I'll give it as much airplay as
possible in the future. Thank you for your
support to my show. Belec Miran, Slovenia,
Europe I very much liked your style of music,
you play the Blues right. Jim, JJ's Blues patron
I have listened to two songs on your website
(Laundromat Blues and Down Don't Bother Me). I
have liked them a lot... very good the work of
the guitar... I hope to receive a cd book to be
able to promote your music in my Radio Show "The
AUTOBLUES". Thanks for your effort. JL

Economia, Bizkaia-Spain Hi Stan, I added 2 of
your songs to my.mp3 which I listen to around the
clock. Really fine pieces of art. I'll also add
one to my station. Miha, MP3.com member When
we walked in this evening, there was a great band
playing, the Stan Erhart Band. James Armstrong,
