• Ben Franklin was both near-sighted and
  far-sighted. Tired of changing his glasses,
  Franklin cut the lenses of two pairs of glasses
  and put each lens together in one frame.

• FRANKLIN STOVE
• In Franklins day, all homes were made of wood.
  During the winter, families heated their homes
  with open fire pits inside the house. Since this
  was very dangerous, Franklin invented what was
  called the Franklin Stove. Today we would call
  this stove a fireplace.
