• Nicky Locascio 2012 (Community School of Naples)
  has helped his school to win 2 district titles
  with his excellent effort on the field whether it
  was pitching, batting, or fielding. With an on
  base percentage of .434 and slugging percentage
  of .493, Nicky Locascio has a batting average of
  .356. Nicky Locascio has also shown his talent in
  fielding with fielding percentage of .952, he has
  scored 11 runs with 16 runs batted in. Last
  season ( 2010) he started 11 games with 7 wins
  and only 2 losses. He had an 1.95 ERA with 63 ks
  and only 17 bbs.
• Nicky Locascio has an athletic build and a
  balanced delivery with 3 pitches. He has been
  evaluated by scouts as having a feel for a
  sharp 11-5 curveball and 86 mph fastball. With
  good arm speed he has a good cutting action on
  fastball, downhill plane, around the plate and
  good upside on the mound.
• Nicky Locascio hits from a square stance and that
  puts power in his shots. His hitting action has
  been described as a short compact swing with
  quick hands and solid bat.

  an arm he has been clocked at 92 mph from

  and at bat ) 3 weeks ago with a large contingency
  of college and pro scouts in attendance, At the
  end of the year event in Jupiter Florida, Nicky
  Locascio pitched 3 flawless innings and
  combined with 2 other teammates to throw a No
  -hitter in the wood bat championship tournament
  pool game ,against a worthy opponent and pool
  winner British Columbia.
• Last week Nicky Locascio hit 2 Home Runs in the
  first game of a doubleheader, and tripled in the
  second at college showcase event in Clearwater
  Fl. to finish the season. Just this past weekend
  , in Jupiter Florida, Nicky hit for the cycle.
  in 4 games he had a Home Run, a triple , 2
  doubles and 2 singles when he went 6 for 8 in
  the showcase in front of 40 college scouts .

• Nicky Locascio has very good movement around the
  plate and good upside delivery on the mound. His
  pitching abilities and work at the plate have
  made him a very sought after college prospect.
• Recently, Nicky Locascio hit for the cycle in 4
  games where he had a home run, triple, 2 doubles
  and 2 singles when he went 6 for 8 in a showcase
  in front of 40 college scouts. His performance on
  the hill and at the plate brought him many
  accalades from the college coaches in attendance
  .
• Nicky Locascio will be taking off the next 2
  months to hit the gym and prepare for the opening
  of the Florida HS season that will be starting in
  February of 2011.
• Now that the showcase season is over so Nicky
  Locascio will be taking off this month to do some
  body strengthening , core and weightlifting to
  prepare for the upcoming Florida HS season which
  begins in mid-feb.

  .On October 24th , with a large contingency of
  college and pro scouts in attendance, in Jupiter
  Florida, Nicky Locascio pitched 3 flawless
  innings and combined with 2 other teammates to
  throw a No -hitter in the wood bat championship
  tournament pool game ,against a worthy opponent
  and pool winner British Columbia.
• Nicky Locascio has an strong athletic build and a
  balanced delivery with 3 pitches. He has been
  evaluated by scouts as having a feel for a
  sharp 11-5 curveball. With a same speed motion he
  throws a deceitful changeup. Nickys fast ball
  tops out at 86 mph and has decent cutting
  action .
• With good arm speed, downhill plane, and smooth
  delivery , Nicky Locascio has very good
  movement around the plate , and good upside
  delivery on the mound.
