The Rover

• The Mars Pathfinder was design for the soul
  purpose to be a demonstration of technology.
• The Mars Pathfinder real name is called the
  sojourner named after an American Civil War
  soldier.

• They first launch Sojourner on December 4, 1996

• The final landing transmission on was on
  September 27,1997
• Which took a hole year for the sojourner to get
  to Mars

While on Mars

• While the Path finder on mars it traveled 100
  meters ( 109 yards) over an entire year.
• The Pathfinder found at least 2.3 billion bits of
  information such as.
• 16,500 images from the rover
• 15 chemical analyses of rock

• When the pathfinder was on mars it discovered
  that some point in time mars was warm and wet
  planet with water existing in its liquid state
  and with a thicker atmosphere.

• Now today on mars its just nothing but
  rocks,storms,cold climate, and frozen craters of
  ice.

  the right is a picture of Marss electric-dust
  storms and the other a full view picture of mars
  and it is today.
