  consideration after meeting with both HOAs.

General Notes

• Note 1 Two of Six Utility Poles currently set
  along Remington Heights/NEISD
  Boundary are Temporary Only
• Note 2 One Utility Pole will be required along
  Mesa Vista however, per
  discussion with CPS, Pole 50-B (45 ft high)
  can be replaced with a 50 ft pole with
  no additional utility poles added
  along Mesa Vista/NEISD Utility Easement
• Note 3 Current construction contract includes
  150 ft of underground electric
  utility service it can realigned in any
  direction from transformer
• Note 4 Underground trenching costs estimated at
  61.50 / linear foot
• Note 5 Clearing, Tree Trimming and removal
  costs are construction estimates
  CPS will direct final clearing based on
  alignment selected
• Note 6 NEISD will grant CPS Easement based on
  Option Selected

• The City of San Antonio as part of its electric
  and gas system (City
• Public Service Board) is hereby dedicated the
  easements and
• rights-of-way for electric and gas distribution
  and service facilities
• in the area designated on this plat as "Electric
  Easement," "Gas
• Easement," "Anchor Easement," "Service Easement,"
  "Overhang Easement,"
• "Utility Easement," and "Transformer Easement,"
  for the purpose of
• installing, constructing, reconstructing,
  maintaining, removing,
• inspecting, patrolling and ERECTING POLES,
  hanging or burying wires,
• cables, conduits, pipelines or transformers, each
  with its necessary
• appurtenances together with the right of ingress
  and egress over
• grantor's adjacent land, the right to relocate
  said facilities within
• said easement and right-of-way areas, and the
  right to remove from said
• lands all trees or parts thereof, or other
  obstructions which endanger
• or may interfere with the efficiency of said
  lines or appurtenances
• thereto. It is agreed and understood that no
  buildings, concrete slabs,
• or walls will be placed within said easement
  area.
