Directions For Administration
  • SAY boxes must be read verbatim
  • T in SAY boxes indicates that everything in
    the box may be orally translated for EL students
    (if regularly done in the classroom). They may
    translate SAY boxes only and may not assist
    students with test questions.
  • CAT/6 is timed strictly adhere to working times
  • Codes for completing Box A2, A3, and A4 on the
    last page of the DFA

  • 223 students were misidentified in the Pre-ID
    file initially submitted.
  • We have submitted a corrected Pre-ID file for
    those students which will generate late labels.
  • We anticipate the arrival of the Pre-ID labels by
    April 11th.
  • Rosters of students affected are in your GRAY
    envelope.
  • The correct Pre-ID labels and appropriate answer
    documents must be used for testing
  • The original, incorrect Pre-IDd answer documents
    must be VOIDED and returned in NON-SCORABLES
