• Purpose
• Add integrity to Idahos work search requirements
• Assist claimants with re-employment efforts
• Monitor job/union attached claimants return to
  work date
• Impact field staff as little as possible
• Benefits to Idaho
• Potential cost savings to trust fund
• Workers become reemployed quicker
• Employer confidence in the UI program

  is subject to verification
• Each week, a pool is selected
• 10 for work search verification
• 20 for in-person interviews 6 large offices
• 100 for in-person interviews remaining 18
  offices

• gt 4x WBA remaining thru BYE
• gt 4 Weeks to BYE
• gt 4 Consecutive Weeks of full WBA
• Not in PRA, Profiling, or Online REA within BYE
• A pull is made every Tuesday to select those
  required to participate in this program

Online REA (961)- Failure to comply w/initial
request

• Pull is made on 10/16 (Tues)- key week of w/e
  10/13
• On Wednesday 10/17 a letter is sent, online REA
  must be completed by 5pm-Friday 10/26
• 501pm on Friday 10/26, a 961 will be pended
  effective Sunday 10/21, if not completed
• If w/e 10/27 is claimed, system will issue
  indefinite auto-deny

• From the pull on Tuesday, 10/16, the 10 list is
  available on Monday, 10/29
• Those in this group remain until staff verifies
  their job contacts
• Example On Wednesday, 10/31, staff determines
  claimants contacts are invalid
• Staff would deny on 962 for Key Week Ending
  10/13
• BTQ protocol is followed

in-person assessment

• From pull on Tuesday, 10/16, 20 group available
  Monday, 10/29
• On 10/29, scheduling letter will be sent to
  claimant (7 days to call or report to local
  office)
• If no contact by 501pm on Monday, 11/5, system
  will pend 963 for w/e 11/3
• When w/e 11/3 is claimed BASIS will issue
  auto-deny for w/e 11/3
