• Problemer med at gå tilbage (ph.d. programmes,
  theology)
• Problemer med at finde online applications
• Problemer med at finde informationer om kurser
• Problemer med at finde det de leder efter
  bruger søgemaskinen ofte
• Svært at gennemskue menustrukturen og finde ud af
  hvor på sitet man er
• Problemer med at enkelte links fører til danske
  sider
• Strukturen ligner men er ikke den samme (hvis man
  f.eks. ser Ph.d. på forsiden og tror at man kan
  få noget at vide om det ved at klikke på english,
  så forsvinder Ph.d. fra menuen).
