• Debrecen is the capital of Hajdú-Bihar county.
• Debrecen is situated in the north-east part of
  Hungary. The distance between Debrecen and
  Budapest is 226 kilometers.

The great church

• Built between 1805 and 1820, the Great Church is
  the symbol of Debrecen and Hungarian Reformation.
  The dethronement of the Habsburgs' was declared
  here on the 14th April 1849. 
• Building work started under the supervision of
  architect Mihály Péchy, who also designed the
  Reformed College here.
• This beautiful building stands next to our
  school.

The Cívis Grand Hotel Aranybika

• It is located in the heart of Debrecen.
• The present building was built in 1915 according
  to the design of Alfréd Hajós, Hungary's first

The spa of debrecen



The Spa of the Big Forest opened
in 1960. There are many thermal pools an area of
