• The responsibilities of home ownership and owner
  maintenance.

This Manual may be provided by the Builder to
the Homeowner as part of an express limited
warranty connected with the purchase contract.
Accordingly, the purchase contract may also
require that the Homeowner perform certain
maintenance items as a condition of keeping the
warranty in good standing.
