  • Data 74 772 Norwegians and 15239 immigrants who
    were unemployed or in labour market programmes in
    March 2003, labour market status updated monthly
    until June 2005.

  • Effects of programmes moderate but mainly
    positive. Wage supplements most effective.

    labour market programmes.
