  thyroid. On ultrasound it measured 2.6 cm and
  showed central cysts.
• FNA Positive for malignancycarcinoma present.

HISTORY

• Based on the FNA diagnosis he underwent total
  thyroidectomy and bilateral central compartment
  lymph node dissection.
• The thyroid contained a 2.4 cm focally soft and
  mostly firm circumscribed nodule on the right
  side.

WHICH IS THE DIAGNOSIS?

• A) Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma
• B) Tall cell papillary carcinoma with squamous
  changes
• C) Post-FNA inflammation and metaplasia
