SAMTS market surveillance

• Market surveillance in SAMTS is carried out for
  products under New Approach Directives as
  follows
• 1. DG Market surveillance (LVD, EMC, CPD,
  TOYS, MD, PPE, RTTE, GAD, PED etc. end consumers
  products)
• 2. DG High Risk Equipment Inspection (high
  risk equipment Lifts, PED, SPV, Cableway
  Installations etc. non-end consumers products)
• 3. DG Metrological Supervision (NAWI, MID)

• Risk - defeat of electric shock
• Availability of damage risk for consumers during
  the use of the instantaneous water heater, that
  could be caused by direct or indirect contact,
  including non electrical risks, namely
• - Leakage through the consumer body in case of
  current circuits closure
• - Raising of the hydrostatic pressure over the
  admissible admissible value and lack of
  protective device against over pressure due to
  contact to live parts, dangerous for life and
  health, as a result of mechanical impact on the
  instantaneous water heater construction integrity.

• Risk defeat of electric shock
• Accessible metal parts of the device are not
  earthing, which may lead to an electric shock in
  case of contact to them - the earth terminal and
  earth cable are missing. Type or model of
  product, name or identification mark of the
  manufacturer are not provided. The lower and
  higher limits, divided by dash, of working
  voltage of the electric soldering-iron are not
  marked, in the range of notified parameters. The
  instruction for use does not include a text that
  in case of damaged cord the manufacturer must
  replaced it

• Risk - defeat of electric shock
• Lack of symbol type of the luminaire, announced
  voltage, symbol of luminaires class ??,
  assembling and use instruction. The wires pass
  through sharp borders, which can provoke abrasion
  of their insulating cover. The insulation of the
  flexible wires could be damaged when moving and
  fixing the luminaire. The wires are not fixed
  with devices on places where, in case of normal
  movement of the luminaire, a friction on the
  metal parts is possible. It could endangered its
  safety.
