9SOCIAL SERVICES-Provided 2008
- 452 families were referred to an on going source
of medical services. - 417 children received immunizations and physical
examination. - 43 children were diagnosed and received medical
treatment. - 20 children received mental health services
- All the children received Nutritional assessments
including height and weight BMI - 43 children were diagnosed with a disability and
32 had an Individual Education Plan
