SOCIAL SERVICES-Provided 2008

• 452 families were referred to an on going source
  of medical services.
• 417 children received immunizations and physical
  examination.
• 43 children were diagnosed and received medical
  treatment.
• 20 children received mental health services
• All the children received Nutritional assessments
  including height and weight BMI
• 43 children were diagnosed with a disability and
  32 had an Individual Education Plan
