largely take place in India (the Nano
effect,Generic drugs, IT services ) when Europe
still follow the First and Second industrial
Revolution
3- The social and political experience of the
 Multilayer India  may bring some fruitful
lessons for the top-down construction of EU
4- The big success of the Indian offshore
services can definitely be one key for the ageing
Europe. Just open your eyes and your mind!
5- The Young and Entrepreneurial India could be
part of the solution for Many highly efficient

Conclusion not only  What  but  How  to do?
The implementation and delivery mechanisms
1- Dont expect in both cases impulse and
delivery only from the Top EU commission
and Federal Gov in Delhi have the same
limitations At least get them working
together much more effectively on global issues
2- Decentralised cooperation with already
existing European Pan Indian  networks 
should work perfectly they are plenty.
3- The Young Generations of both sides are the
driving forces providing they get the resources
and mostly the attention
4- Business communities and civil societies
should be the most active on the Euro-India
cooperation

Conclusion (2) The experience of the EIEBG
network

• The Euro-India Economic and Business Group
  (EIEBG) is an informal network which offers a
  single platform for contacts and exchanges among
  promoters of projects between India and Euro, in
  particular Young leaders.
• Launched in January 2006 It has to date nearly
  8000 members and contacts with a dozen of clubs
  in India and in Europe.

Some exemples 1- Sept30-Oct, India Calling 2009,
Brussels - In partnership with the Indian
Merchant Chamber (IMC) and the Euro-India
Chamber of Commerce (EICC) 2- October 13 in
Paris, Special evening with RAJAGOPAL leader of
the NGO Ekta Parishad on the landess issue in
India - and conference in Bhopal in January 2010
on the non-violent economics 3- The Indian
Way of Management , a seminar for European
Managers in Paris 20 Octobre 2009 with
experienced leaders from both sides. 4-
October 20 Festival Tyagaranja in France (south
India classical musinc) 24-30 - New Delhi
partnership for the 11th Osians Cinefan Film
Festival. 5- November 19-22 - Metz, the first
Euro-India Transportation System (EITS)
convention, a joint germano-french initiative
