Lessons learnt

• 4.1 Challenge of ownership and leadership not in
  development strategies but in CCA / UNDAF
  process.
• Constant educational process in SAG.
• UN is not them and us - it is us and us
• ODA 2 of SAG expenditure and UN contribution
  1 of that.
• 4.3 Need for flexibility
• CCA UNDAF rules prescripts
• missed June Executive Boards.
• Adapt apply to differing country situations
  (Paris declaration)
• 4.4 Need for true partnership
• constant communication between Government UNCT.
