friends at our two popular cocktail
spots, The Poolbar and "V" Lounge, before
enjoying the best in Californian cuisine in our
romantic, candle-lit Butterfield's Adobe
Restaurant. On Saturdays and Sundays we feature
an award-winning Champagne Brunch that is famous
throughout the desert. Breakfast meetings,
conferences, presentations or banquets, for 10 or
200, can be booked in our facilities for your
exclusive use. Special menus for plated or
buffet dining are available at all price points,
and special dietary requests are always
accommodated. Should your event require
flowers, bakery delights and musicians, our
helpful staff will be happy to make all the
necessary arrangements.

you and your four-legged friend. These special

for room to romp. Our concierge can arrange for
