CHRA BRAC Program Management

• CHRA BRAC Program Manager
• Develop/maintain/modify CHRA enterprise and
  project/campaign plan for executing BRAC
  activities
• Coordinate with Army Command HR chiefs on
  milestones and issues
• Assess readiness of CHRA Regions and CPACs to
  accomplish BRAC workload
• Maintain awareness of status of required actions
  IAW established milestones
• Monitor CHRA BRAC workload and recommend staffing
  adjustments
• Monitor implementation of BRAC HR plans and
  provide advice/assistance to program POCs to meet
  objectives and milestones
• Interact with customers to identify/define
  problems and to develop/implement CHRA strategies
  resolving issues and conflicts
• Oversee planning/execution of changes to CPACs
  impacted by BRAC

• CHRA Regional/CPAC BRAC Program Manager
• Monitor/assess/report the readiness of
  Region/CPAC to accomplish the BRAC workload using
  the automated BRAC Readiness Tool
• Monitor/assess timeliness of BRAC volunteer
  placements and recruit actions using the
  automated BRAC Reporting Tool
• Monitor workload and identify surges needing
  intervention by higher CHRA headquarters levels
• Develop/implement workload transition plans for
  CPACs impacted by BRAC
• Participate in periodic IPRs with impacted
  customers (supported Army commands and/or
  activities) to resolve issues
