THE BUSINESS PLAN
  • Focus solely on providing top quality service to
    independent filmproduction companies
  • Aggregate their collective travel and
    transportation expenditures
  • . . . Thereby securing more favorable contracts
    with travel suppliers, and
  • Significantly reducing below the line film
    production costs

9
Entertainment Industry Travel Services Overview
  • Substantial aggregated expenditure on travel and
transportation at project and corporate levels
  • ? Car truck rental for product shoots
  • ? Vehicle leasing for production
    companies. Includes cars and trucks
  • ? Limo services for local travel
  • ? Air travel and lodging
  • ? Commercial Air
  • ? Charter
  • ? Private jet services

10
Entertainment Industry Travel Services Overview
(Cont.)
  • In 2003, studios spent well in excess of 100
million on ground transportation alone, which is
a fraction of total travel/transportation spend.
  • -- Does not include Indies spend
  • Costs to each participating company reduced
significantly if services aggregate as a result
of substantially greater pronounced leverage with
    service providers.
  • Since travel and transportation are utility
services, with no brand enhancement value,

    aggregation has no competitive impact.
