    process

    reports, and pamphlets

    since you wont have to flip through a bunch of
    print journals

Quotations Citations Why?
  • Quotations help back up your argument.
  • Quotations provide you with an opportunity to
    show how others agree (or disagree!) with your
    argument.
  • Citations show how youve contributed to
    scholarly discourse.
  • Citations also allow your reader to visit the
    resources youve used.
  • They are not merely forms of torture!

  • Indirect Quotation Some authors note that
