  • Risk of malignant transformation
  • Four presentations
  • Giant osteoid osteoma (gt 2 cm)
  • Blown out, expansile lesion similar to ABC
    (particularly lesions involving the spine)
  • Aggressive simulating malignant tumor
  • Periosteal lesion
