Purpose of the CLF Format

• A majority of Government web sites -Federal,
  State and Local are converting to a CLF Format
• All State of Delaware web sites must convert to
  the State of Delawares CLF Format
• The SERC web site was converted to the CLF Format
  by the Department of States Government
  Information Center (GIC)
