Management and Board
  • JOHN GREENSLADE, M.Eng. P.Eng, LLB, President and
    Director Mr. Greenslade began his career as a
    metallurgist for Placer Dome Inc. His legal
    practice focused on mining, corporate and
    securities law, as well as cross border tax
    issues and offshore trusts. Mr. Greenslade holds
    a Bachelors of Applied Science in Mineral
    Engineering, a Masters of Engineering degree, and
    a Bachelors of Laws.
  • E.L BUSTER HUNSAKER III, Vice President
    Exploration, Director Mr. Hunsaker has over 25
    years of experience exploring for gold deposits
    in the western United States, primarily in
    Nevada. He has managed country-wide exploration
    programs in Mongolia and regional programs in
    Argentina. He holds a B.Sc degree in Geological
    Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an
    M.Sc. degree in Economic Geology from Colorado
    State University. Mr. Hunsaker is the Qualified
    Person as defined by N.I 43-101.
  • MAURICE MATHIEU, Director Mr. Mathieu is
    President and controlling shareholder of Scope
    Exploration Services Ltd., a mineral exploration
    services company that provides independent
    services to the mining industry in all facets of
    mineral exploration and development.
  • GEORGE POLING, Director, Ph D Dr. Poling spent
    29 years as a Professor with the Department of
    Mining and Mineral Process Engineering at UBC. He
    was director of Dia Met Minerals and Chairman of
    Trigon Uranium Corp., a natural resource
    exploration company.
  • GRAHAM THODY, Director Mr. Thody has been a
    Partner of Nemeth Thody Anderson, Chartered
    Accountants of Vancouver, B.C, since 1980. Mr.
    Thody is also a member of the British Columbia
    Institute of Chartered Accountants (BCICA) as
    well as the Canadian Institute of Chartered
    Accountants.
  • JULIAN TAYLOR, Director Mr. Taylor trained
    initially in Civil Engineering and is a
    registered Professional Engineer in British
    Columbia and Chartered Engineer (Energy
    Institute, United Kingdom). Over the last 25
    years he has worked primarily in the energy
    sector with management and consulting experience
    covering the spectrum from RD, through corporate
    planning and strategy, and operations.
