Summary Conclusions

• There are 43 category 1 priorities for major
  works, 27 of which are costed at 32 million,
  plus requirements for minor works and repairs
  maintenance
• Maximum use must be made of all forms of external
  funding PFI, grant, S106 contributions, capital
  receipts
• Immediate major priorities are
• BSF and PCP
• Early years and extended schools development
