Completed RC example general
  • In Writing Workshop this quarter we continued
    our investigation of the six traits of writing
    and the new genres of technical and expository
    while continuing to keep narrative writing on the
    radar. Each student was responsible for
    composing two major writing pieces following the
    writing process. Next quarter each student will
    continue writing in a variety of genres and be
    responsible for bringing three pieces to the
    final stage. The classic research paper will be
    a requirement in the third quarter.

  • major writing projects, 88 on

  • on organization.

  • Brent continued to be dedicated to his creative
    and extremely personal narrative of his time at
    Monarch and surveying students about their
    opinions. When given time and support, Brent is
    able to compose whatever he sets his mind to.
    Next quarter I request that Brent focus on the
    traits of conventions and idea development this
    will be particularly important in the research
    paper.
