PRIORITIZE (IF BEGINNING A JSA SYSTEM FOR THE
FIRST TIME)
  • First priority jobs are those with high accident
    frequency
  • Second priority jobs are those with severe injury
    or high loss
  • Third priority jobs are those with potential to
    cause severe injury or high loss
  • Fourth priority jobs are new jobs without
    accident history (new equipment/procedures,
    changes from modifications on new/old equipment)
