• Fairly Similar Setup to Schools in Meiji Period
• SLOWLY getting more liberal
• But moral values and such are still basically the
  same

• Lectures in Foreign languages, Lectures in
  Japanese
• Medium westernization, more westernization
• (Early) Same educational classes roles no
  matter class or sex, boys be boyish, girls be
  girlish
