The EURO-VO FC

• An operational organization, that provides the
  EURO-VO with a persistent, centralized registry
  for resources, standards and certification
  mechanisms as well as community support for VO
  technology take-up and scientific programs the
  public face of the EURO-VO
• A joint ESO/ESA activity, physically located at
  ESO
• At present, resources provided by ESO ESA at a
  best-effort level (lt 1 FTE no EU funding!) ?
  only urgent things get done

• Activities in the past 6 months
• EURO-VO presence at the IVOA booth at the IAU
  XXVI General Assembly in Prague (Aug. 15 - 25)
• Coordination of the IVOA booth (PP)
