  • Some of the Projects Weve Done.

2
Package Chiller
  • This is a 70 ton package chiller system that
serves the complete facility. The chiller barrel
itself will be removed and relocated to an indoor
location to prevent the use of any glycol.

3
Package RTUs and split systems
The picture on the left shows the indoor section
of a heating and air conditioning system that
serves multiple offices. This system has a zoning
control system that allows individual temperature
control and set points in each office. The
picture on the right shows multiple roof top
heating and air conditioning systems that serve a
production area.
4
Cooling Tower and pump station
The pictures below show a 150 Ton cooling tower
system the serve the molding machines in this
facility. The picture on the left shows the
cooling tower. The picture on the right show the
reservoir/tank along with the pumps and control
panel. After this system was installed, the
customer realized Major savings in their
operating expenses due to high efficient motors
and a major reduction in makeup water.
5
Condensing units and RTU
The picture on the left shows two, fifty ton
condensing units that are part of a 100 ton
chiller system. This system has 8 stages of
cooling. The picture on the right is a forty ton
roof top unit that heats and cools office space.
It is controlled by a zoning system (each office
having its own thermostat) and also has a
Variable Frequency Drive package that operates
the speed of the indoor blower.
6
Condensing unit place on a rubber roof
The condensing unit below show how we place units
on a rubber membrane roof. The unit is attached
to pressure treated beams and then a piece of 2
inch thick polystyrene is glued to the bottom of
the pressure treated beams. This ensures that the
membrane roof is protected.
