A FEW FACTS AND FIGURES
Most young people are not voluntarily homeless.
In 1991, a study showed that 4 in 10 homeless
young women ran away as a result of sexual abuse.
Unemployment and lack of benefits mean that young
people have little money and cant afford to get
a place to stay which is affordable.
